Papa C Pies is a father & son bakery that makes old fashioned southern style dessert pies (traditional & gluten free), peanut brittle, cobblers, and cinnamon rolls like our grandparents used to make. We are focused on quality above quantity and using natural ingredients. Our Ghirardelli® Chocolate fudge pie was voted the best in Nashville by popular vote from Nashville Lifestyles Magazine!
Our fresh baked pies from Papa C Pies are Fruit Pies of Apple, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Multi-Berry(Blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry), Rhubarb and Strawberry/Rhubarb pies! We also make Ghirardelli® Chocolate, Chess, Coconut Cream, Southern Pecan, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, and Steeplechase Derby (pecans, chocolate chips, & bourbon!). Cinnamon Rolls, Fruit Cobblers, and old fashioned Kettle cooked peanut brittle and Colonial style brittle made with molasses.

Apple Pie: Our signature pie that created the demand for Papa C Pies to become a local pie bakery. Made from my grandmother’s recipe of using fresh peeled granny smith apples, butter, cinnamon and sugar for a classic apple pie. Yes, this is Mom’s Apple Pie!
Ghirardelli Chocolate Pie: One of our best sellers! We use Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate combined with the right amount of butter, sugar and vanilla to produce a rich fudge like pie. Tastes great with vanilla bean ice cream, a glass of milk, coffee or pairs well with a nice red wine!
Multi-Berry Pie: We combine a perfect blending of Blackberry, Blueberry, Strawberry and Raspberry for a party in your mouth! The four fruits in this popular pie combine for a delightful unique flavor. You can taste the individual berry flavors with every bite. The best for any berry lover from our local kitchen!
Southern Pecan Pie: Our southern classic baked with Georgia pecans paired with just the right balance of sugar, butter and vanilla. Our great tasting ingredients supported with a great tasting flaky crust. Truly a special pecan pie delight.
Steeplechase Derby: A Kentucky Derby inspired recipe with a delicious chess pie base combined with Ghirardelli Chocolate, Georgia Pecans and Kentucky Bourbon. A chess pie, chocolate lover, pecan tasting delight!
Pumpkin Pie: A Fall and Winter classic, we use a complex combination of spices without being overwhelming along with cream to create a mellow, smooth tasting pie for any family gathering.
Sweet Potato Pie: We use Beauregard sweet potatoes known for their tasty deep orange flesh, best for our sweet potato pie. Baked to perfection we combine the best balance of brown sugar, butter with a hint of cinnamon that produces a rich textured pie.
Strawberry Rhubarb Pie: A delicious pie that was called Puckery Smooth by Nancy Vienna, a column writer for the Tennessean, for balancing the best of strawberries with the tartness of rhubarb.
Rhubarb Pie: Only the best for the purists who love this tart treat. We use crimson red rhubarb in our pies for a classic tasting pie.
Kettle Cooked Peanut Brittle: Not a pie, just delicious mouth watering peanut brittle cooked the old fashioned way. Our kettle cooked peanut brittle is made from an old family recipe that believes in using lots of raw peanuts roasted in the kettle during the cooking process.
