Today was a very, very cold and windy day. While the temperature was in the high 30's the wind made it feel like in the low 20's. The wind was blowing so hard folks were having to hold onto their tent covers. The market is full of fresh winter veggies like carrots, kale, lettuces, radishes, brussels sprouts, potatoes and so much more. Our farm ladies are making and baking fresh soups and breads. Farm made preserves, jellies, jams and canned goods are available throughout the market. Our cheese vendors are providing some of the best artisan cheeses. Next Saturday should be a warmer market day. Hope you enjoy the pictures below of our farmers, artisans and market customers.
